If we had finished in the top 6 we would have voted the same. it's pointless getting wound up about it
We should have been out of sight in 1st place given our resources but we fucked up

Good luck to Oxford or Wycombe. I think it would be amazing achievement for a club as small as Wycombe to be in the Championship FWIW
Only one promotion from the Premier League, incredible really. Wonder if they'll ever get a better shot at it than this.

If we weren't trapped in this shit hole division thanks to Donald and Parkinson everyone on here would be saying what a great story it was.

Some of our fans being jealous of the achievements of Wycombe Wanderers is a pretty good marker for Donald's time at the club.

We generally were not up to it again this season, poor performances in the main, some woeful players particularly up front. We allowed ourselves to be dominated in many games by inferior but more committed players who seemed to have a team ethic that we didn’t. While other clubs got on with what they had to do we fucked about at board level trying to sell the club during the season and effectively were rudderless. No f***ing wonder we couldn’t create a togetherness that you need in this shithole of a league ! Got what this board, manager and players deserved

It’ll mean both our last two season’s opening game opponents will have gained promotion through the playoffs. Prefer Oxford to Wycombe mind but still a sickener to think that both these fuckers voted against playing on and the efl got their way passing the buck on to the clubs.

I'd prefer Wycombe, just to put a nail in the coffin of the unambitious owners who could've had their manager given some ambition.

Ah well. Could be worse.
