Summer holidays abroad

Whose still going ?
I should find out by Monday if our Italy trip is down the pan or not , mixed feelings
 


I was meant to be going Tenerife next Saturday, but pulled the plug on it. Gonna sit tight for a while & hopefully get over in November, maybe.

We went down the town for a few drinks and a meal last night. Had a cracking time. Life is too short. Do what you feel is right tho.
 
Just had a lovely, lovely refund.

I was sweating as I thought I might not get it, or all of it back, but I did.

Very relieved.

Prices will be higher this year
Destinations this year will still be under strict infection control measures..no fun in half the local amenities/shop possibly being shut down still
Still having to wear PPE in the heat.
Planes left on the ground for past 4 months suddenly put back into action.....hate flying at the best of times.

Mind even next year all these could still be an issue.
