hull-zebrugge/rotterdam has never stopped running. not sure about them carrying passengers mind but they also carry freight as well which i pick up from hull docks sometimes.
cracking pint of london pride on those ferries.
Ilooked earlier this week . There was no mention of passengers . I don't even know if we'd be allowed to drive over the French and Spanish borders . I guess you would be .

I transferred our Easyjet flights to Pisa to next May and it didn't cost me a penny. However, I had checked some alternative destinations and some were coming out more expensive so it maybe that you may get charged in some cases if you change to a different destination. I don't know for definite though, just going off my own experience. Perhaps if I'd gone through to the final payment screen it may have removed any charge but I didn't click through that far.

How did you contact them mate, as I have some flights booked to Greece in August which we will now not be using, but happy to take a credit as I envisage a couple of trips to Portugal coming up in the next few months. Was it much hassle to change?

don't know about spain but in france i looked at the eurotunnel website last week and there was lots of advice on there. i think there was a self assessment form you needed to download, fill in and carry with you.

Bit of a dilema.

Just checked Hull - running tomorrow 9am used to be always 6pm so you could have a kip . And a bucket of London Pride .

last time i was on to rotterdam we were talking to the bloke behind the bar and he reckoned he'd been doing it for 25 years
also there's sometimes a bucket at the end of the bar with out of date stuff going cheap.
also, p&o is an acronym for the peninsular and oriental steam navigation company.
god that's dull

Just did it on their website without speaking to a human :D

Dead easy. Logon to your Easyjet account, click 'Manage Bookings', then 'View' then 'Change Flight'.

Search for whatever new outbound flights you want, select which one you want then on the page where it says "Confirm and pay for changes" simply choose 'Change another flight' instead and go through the same process for your inbound flights then 'Confirm and pay...' at the end.

They were offering free amends I think, but they’re a nightmare to get in touch with in my experience. Although MT seemed to get a resolution over the phone.

Just been emailed by Easyjet to say our flights have been refunded.

Now all we have to do is get Barclaycard to send it to us - we closed the account months ago, and the card we originally paid on was one that was cancelled after they discovered it had been hacked.

We had a similar situation with getting a refund of some car insurance and it was a right f@@k on.

Cheers may have to give them a call, as the flights we definitely want to book next year are less than what we have paid now, so want to know how the balance is held. Likely to book more flights for September but can't confirm dates yet which would use up the balance.

I think it might be a phone job as the flights for next year also include a hotel booking via them too. I got the email a few weeks back about free amends.

We submitted a claim to Barclaycard for our Lufthansa flights after waiting since April for the refund we were promised in 30 days . Barclaycard have refunded the card with a temporary credit until it’s resolved.
The strange thing is that after months of no communication Lufthansa have suddenly sent an email regarding the cancellation of our flight and acknowledgment that we had asked for a refund.
Anyway it looks like we’ll be getting our money back one way or another and it is a relief to see that something is happening.

When are you flying mate? We're off to Malta on July 22nd and haven't a clue whats happening.
We were supposed to fly on May 28th - got an email about 7/8 days before to say it was cancelled and put our claim in immediately for a refund.

The email came today, so it's taken about 5 weeks to get the refund.

If you're flying July 22nd then the likelihood is that you'll be going - unless Malta is in the 'red' zone.

You'll only find out if Easyjet are cancelling the flight about a week beforehand.

Cheers mate. I thought you meant you had an upcoming flight. Good news for the refund though. I think Malta has been one of the least affected places but we're really hoping it is cancelled.

We go by Eurotunnel each year...just looking at mid August and apart from certain crossings being sold out ( never seen that before) the prices have soare. The fully flex tickets have more than doubled.
