I’ve already heard Lukaku, bale, cavani, courtino, Silva and that’s before they’ve been taken over. Jesus it’s going to be unbearable, especially when we are scratting about in league 1 with the chuckle Brothers in charge. 2020 the year that keeps on giving
Players like that won’t entertain them unless they given demonstrable wages, and within FFP regulations you can’t let your wage bill get out control, the days of increasing a wage bill four or five fold over 2 transfer windows are over. Do you think they’ll spend more over the next 5 years than Everton have over the last 5 ? Everton are living proof money isn’t everything, if anything they are in a worse position after their spending sprees.

I really couldn't give a shiny shite if they get taken over, what will be will be, they can win everything going, good for them, it will never change the way I feel about my team.

Fair play mate.

Il stick with safc but each year that passes the game is dying.

For clubs like us what enjoyment is there left?

Won't win the league
Won't ever get in top 4
Won't get in Europa
Will now be beaten frequently by our "rivals"
Slim chance of winning a cup

I don't take any pleasure in winning promotion to the premier League and finishing 15th.

Remind me how much Leicester spent to win the title?

Stupidest post ever
Well done, for this site, that takes some doing
Chertle
Worranakka.
Have to say ☹the Mags looked very decent . Put Nevez and Jimenez from Wolves in their side and unfortunately for us, they are top 10 potential imo. Add Traore and bingo .
Oh aye the Wolves Billionaire is bound to flog his best players. I find it quite amusing that all these Billionaires think they can get to the CL. There's only 4 spots . I give you QPR, Fulham, even Forrest bought the first million pound player. It's a chemistry, get it wrong and it blows up in ya fyass. Won't be losing any sleep over them.

Cavani and Bale who are on a near £800k a week combined? Lukaku as well who’ll be on £200k a week. Can’t see it happening, yet anyway.

When it goes through, the premier league have been done for mugs, they’ve more or
Less admitted piracy, which involves stealing hundreds of millions of £‘s but don’t worry they’ll put things right in the future to stop it from happening.

Exactly...and if they think City,United, Liverpool etc are just going to let them take over they are in for a ruud awakening

It was a once in generation achievement that may not happen for another 100 years and will only happen to one lucky club.

The Mags are by no means guaranteed success but over time it will eventually come.

Oh that’s ok then, forget about the other hundreds of millions that you’ve already stolen from the premier league, because you’ve finally set something up we’ll let this one slide.
There's a difference between saying you'll crack down and actually doing it. I'd be very sceptical that they will. Just stating the intentions to do so might be enough to get the green light.

Bruce has done a good job. Rafa did a good job. If Rafa had stayed of course you'd be selling this as Rafa spent £40m on a new striker and has done fuck all.
Should he get those points, who would you say had done the better job?

And Rafa had the chance to stay but fucked you off for the money.

No ffp next season. Expect pif to throw money at it while they can.

I think it’s undoubted it will go through.
I think it’s horrid the major objection was piracy rather than inhumanity.
i think it will be interesting, Staveley is, if I may quote the barrister, a hustler.
I think in the desperation to get rid of Ashley, and see big money, human rights have just been sidelined, I mean whats a few beheadings compared to the zero hour contracts they held up against Ashley
It doesn’t surprise me that the moral compass of some allows the thought process to think Saudis are preferable to Ashley.

If Fulham or Brentford go up then even they will be bigger draw on similar money thanks to the West London pull. Every club in the premier league is powerful now, clubs can’t just swoop in like vultures and pluck the best players anymore. West Ham too have spent a fortune on some of their players and at this moment in time look destined for the drop. The best they’ll get are players of once major reputation who may or may not still have good years left in them - the Ross Barkley’s of this world. Signings which are more risky too as we found with Rodwell to name but a few.

I think that's wishful thinking.

While the mags won't instantly be signing the likes of Neymar. I see no reason why they could sign the Aubmayengs Grealishes Traores Jimenez's types

Grealish maybe, no chance with the rest. Although Jimenez wouldn’t worry me anyway, I think he would look average elsewhere and owes his success to the system he plays in.

The game has massively changed. The best chance they ever had of winning anything was the 90's.I can't see the, ever being that close again. I also don't think they will be the only club PIF buy.
