You are now backing out because you know you have to either admit SAFC or West Ham are bigger than NUFC based on the rules NUFC fans have set.

West Ham are bigger than NUFC because of their attendance

Or

SAFC are bigger from their league positions.

You questioned West Ham being bigger because highest they've finished is 3rd. Which means you must feel bigger clubs are those that have success in the league?

I think despite any other criteria being taken into account, clubs who have never won or finished runners up in the league don’t tick all the boxes needed to be a truly big club.

West Ham do obviously tick other boxes and can certainly be categorised as a big club due to their large / loyal fan base, FA Cup wins, 1966 legacy and they have never played 3rd tier football.

And West Ham supporters could point out NUFC have never been in a European final.

They have won one and been runners up in another.

Please don't mention the fairs cup it had nothing to do with success on the pitch like the Cup Winners Cup and Uefa cup.

im more than happy to say West Ham are a big club. I said straight away I wasn’t going to argue that fact.

what relevance or importance is it to a 3rd tier teams supporter who is the bigger of two premier league teams ?
It’d be like me being remotely bothered if Sunderland were bigger Coventry or not.

EDIT, Coventry aren’t 3rd D tier, I’ll go with Portsmouth.
