Something really special about going away in Europe supporting your team....places I have been back to...
Bruges was my last one....loved the place.....took my other half soon after .
Milan was my favourite..simply because of the numbers we took there.....for scenery? Juventus...hotel we stayed in overlooked the Alps....and we left Newcastle International on a 747....

To be fair they have played 2 away games in Europe. And two at home.

How could they forget that we made it out the group? After all it was their best marras and football friends in Rotterdam that we did to do it.
True. Just 47 years ago so they would have to be in their 60s now to have had the chance to have gone.

That doesnt make sense. Sunderland have played loads more Premier games than most of English clubs. Never won it. You saying you have to win a trophy to validate competing in it.
