I don’t live in the north east anymore and only catch the odd 10 minutes here and there of sky sports news at the minute as there’s fuck all sports news, but the NUFC takeover literally only seeps into my consciousness on here. I have seen hardly any media about it at all. Probably as I’m not looking for it either. So what is all this NUFC against the world?? I guess on local news it’s one of the main stories every day is it?

She made the mistake of mixing politics and sport. In the past, she has spoken out against Saudi issues in parliament; she now has nowhere to turn and nothing to say. She has discredited herself to such an extent that her opinion has now become irrelevant.
She's a vote chasing popularist.

Plus I'm not impressed with the mythological reference, we know half lion half eagle is a Griffin, what is half lion, half castle?

They were happy to sell the club to people who are homophobic, racist, sexist and murderers, allegedly. They are now worried the deal may fall through. Everyones second favourite club :)

An estimated 50-60 EFL clubs could go bust and out of existence because of this pandemic, but it’s still them against the world.
