Cummings - one rule for us...

People keep mentioning these relatives they had close by. The kid shouldn't have even being going to them if they were both ill. They should all have been isolating.
Give it up marra, you're trying to apply logic where logic doesn't apply.

Just remember; the Emperor's new clothes look great, and don't mention that you can see his arse

I don't think you need to be a Tory to work that one out. He has the PMs ear, considerable leverage and is an influential figure. He will piss off a lot of people within his own party, as would that type of person annoy colleagues in any type of organisation.
Which side do you support?

Im hoping this recent debacle is now placed on the back boiler by the press and Media for the time being.

Hopefully this will reel out some more rope to enable tweedle dee and tweedle dum to eventually hang themselves by doing something it will be impossible to get out of.

My fatha often said its all about the timing.

What worries me about all this is people saying why should I follow the rules if Dominic Cummings isn’t .
This has got to be the most stupid and moronic statement you can possibly come out with . We are not observing lockdown because some balding oddbod has told us to do it , we are doing it to actually save people’s lives.
Probably comes second to the one made by Johnson earlier this evening.

Ive said throughout that I disagree with what Cummings did. I just disagreed with the mob mentality that was emerging looking for blood.
So should we all just ignore it? All we're asking for is a man to resign. In the same way other senior figures have in such situations. People are angry cos it's an insult to all of us that he's still in that role and that we have a prime minister without any sense of right or wrong

I can see why you're frustrated but not everybody shares your view. It might seem that way because 95% of people talking about the issue on here want him sacked, but it's not a fair reflection of wider society.

Probably the main bit I dont get is how it was all right there on a plate for Johnson to rescue the situation, and even look quite good from it all. And he fucked it up over and over and over. Says a lot about his character I think.
This, all BJ had to say was DC broke the rules and was wrong to do so, but he doesn't think that merits the sack.
To go on TV and defend him like that was beyond embarrassing.
