Thankyou...You're on a bit of a spree with the 'waste of bandwidth' threads at the moment dcl0sc lad.
Shots from the edge of the semi circle, 7 each. Keeper can stand anywhere in the six yard box. Just for a change.penalty shootouts.
At least there would be a bit of competition and show of strength/character.
You could get the league over in a day.
What a great idea and each team would only need to name 5 takers, who if needed could take a second penalty.penalty shootouts.

This is a good idea. Some variation on the ultimate decider could work.....what about hit the bar from the half way line.Shots from the edge of the semi circle, 7 each. Keeper can stand anywhere in the six yard box. Just for a change.
Agree - made the same suggestion on a previous thread. My suggestion was:
Penalty shootout - all remaining games. All teams, one location, one day. 5 penalties each team - draws allowed.
Play it at a large training ground and have as many of them played simultaneously as possible - league fixture order.
The season would have ‘been finished’ and success or failure would have been in each teams hands - no one to blame but themselves for the outcome.
If they could televise it live as a paid stream it could be a big money spinner - income shared amongst all teams.
That would be my preference - the above was an alternative if finishing the season properly is not possible.Or just play the matches like Germany are showing us a great example how to and stop acting like pussys like Danny Rose.
My thoughts exactlyWould prefer rock, paper, scissors.
So is playing the games with the cost involved. When we could easily still end up in the league.Russian roulette.
You mean like us aye?surely they could also have a keepy ups competition as well.
seriously though, just play the f***ing matches without fans, say 2 or 3 games a week. if clubs can't afford to take players off furlough tough shit
SOZ, it wasn’t a comment on a previous post. It was my favoured way of deciding the outcome. Starting with the chairperson/owner. Everyone who wants to “win” has to play.So is playing the games with the cost involved. When we could easily still end up in the league.
This would cost a lot less as could be done in one day. Still done on the pitch.
