when you travel all over watching us and meet fans of other clubs the crack sometimes turns to who our rivals are and inevitably ends up with other fans revealing their absolute disdain and contempt for them lot.
it's amazing how many other clubs fans think they're bellends.
having said that i've two brothers in law, one goes to their games and has had a season ticket for nigh on 40 years and the other only goes when he gets a free ticket, guess which one is the gobshite?

My take on it is, they don’t have cold feet and have the money in place. Alas, I think it’s happening.

That Henry Mauriss deal just sounds like smoke and mirrors to me.
If Ashley has agreed to sell to the Saudi's for 300m why would he pop up and say if it falls through I'll give you 350m. Why wouldn't he just match the 300m, makes no sense.

They also say he tends to follow the model the yanks did with Liverpool. Their starting point was one of the worlds most famous clubs and one of the worlds most decorated, they already had a good team and challenging near the top.
How do you follow that model with Newcastle who don't have the international following, who have a bottom end of the league side and haven't had a successful run for over 70yrs

Morels wont make it in the Premier League imo. His temperament for a start will set him back and I dont even think he's that great. Scores goals but every time I see him, his conversation rate doesn't seem the best (I'm sure someone will correct me with some stats) and you don't get multiple chances down here
 
To be honest I’ve got some very good friends who are mags fans and in the main these are objective,reasonable, honest lads who have stood by the team through good and bad times and can take criticism and accept the flaws the club has. On the other hand they’ve got another group who follows them that really are beyond even talking too! The minute you try and talk to one of them they respond with the “what league you in” or the finger point over the Johnson carry on or crowd size. I do find it funny as I genuinely don’t care about their club, as long as SAFC beat them every time we play them the rest of what they go on about is white noise and poves to me no matter what league/what money/ Playes they sign, they’ll always focus on” little old Sunderland” 😂😂😂
