The scum deal is way off the mark, 1st the government will stop this for ages 2nd The brothers grim need assurances on a land deal, not ganna happen.
IMHO I don't think their deal has a hope in hell of going through, and the slapper knows it that's why she has gone quite.

This is some statement Bob, firstly the Goby have no remit to get involved and have already said they won’t.
I hope you are right but I fear this is another you have got wrong

Not saying the Mag thing will go through but, apart from Ashley's loan to Staveley, nothing has happened so far that didn't happen with us and FPP. Shell company and directors named; that's all. Up until a few days after Wimbledon, it all looked like that was imminent. It's not done until the ink's drying on the contract.
Wasn't a deposit paid or something, I'm sure some funds changed hands?

A deposit of £17m. I'd imagine it is like a deposit on a car or house. It gives you time to get a deal done and holds it club in case of another buyer wants it. That's how I'd see it.

What's all this about Stavley getting a loan from Ashley?

Loan amount isn't specified. There was a large thread about it, which I think got merged into the NUFC one. St James Holdings is the Ashley-owned company that holds the shares in NUFC.
