This is some statement Bob, firstly the Goby have no remit to get involved and have already said they won’t.
I hope you are right but I fear this is another you have got wrong

A deposit of £17m. I'd imagine it is like a deposit on a car or house. It gives you time to get a deal done and holds it club in case of another buyer wants it. That's how I'd see it.

What's all this about Stavley getting a loan from Ashley?

Loan amount isn't specified. There was a large thread about it, which I think got merged into the NUFC one. St James Holdings is the Ashley-owned company that holds the shares in NUFC.
