He actually believes he went under the radar. Was called out immediately. He’s the same bloke who had a username of Fulwell87 who quite tragically admitted that him and his mates talk about it in the pub

I think he might have a point if beoutQ was buying Newcastle.
As it stands I think he is just being a mouth piece for the government of Qatar in the ongoing battle with the Saudi's and trying to give the Saudi's more bad press.
I don't know what he expects the premier league to do with it.

I offer my sincerest apologies, if it caused such anger.

Our mutual dislike of our respective football teams causes bad behaviour. Many of us are guilty of it. I will admit that. It was on reading the utter contempt for Newcastle on RTG that provoked it.

Evidently, I got under the skin more than I might have thought.

I will try and stay away but I do have an impulse to defend Newcastle United and clearly there is a massive fixation on here to attack them.

IF the Saudi deal did go through and on completion they released a statement and it said to help football with the Covid-19 crises and to help with the struggling clubs they would make a donation of 10 million to every league 2 club and 20 million to every league 1 club.

How many clubs would turn the money down.
How many sets of fans would campaign their club asking them to refuse the money.

Obviously never happen but would be an interesting social experiment.

Please don't feel the need to reply "what you would do" it's pointless as it's hypothetical so wouldn't mean anything, was just a random thought.

New signings are more important than murder, broadcast rights are more important than women’s rights, and a sense of basic humanity is ultimately expendable if you can scrape into next season’s Europa League. Talking of sin and forgiveness, it‘s fairly obvious that you and the majority of mags on here are quite happy to forgive MBS for his behaviour, but how far lower would you lot be willing to sink In order to achieve a top 10 finish? If terrorism, murder, torture, etc.. are acceptable to you, what would he have to do before you’d object to his money being used to help you distort a sporting competition?
 
Not sure if mentioned before but was reading that the saudi Arabian finance minister has suspended funding of sports clubs as part of a series of austerity cuts over there.

Apparently their leading clubs are state owned.

Not sure it would be popular to do that and pump shedloads of money into a club overseas.
