Arms stretched legs out rah rah rah

Do the hokey cokey and you turn around isn't it? It's been a a fair while mind.
A fair while for me too, mate.
I last did a pissed up hybrid of the Hokey Cokey/Conga, on 13th April 1999 at Gigg Lane, in Bury, after Supa Kev had scored 4 goals in our 5-2 victory which sealed our promotion to the Premier League.

Drink, most definitely played a part in my participation of the above hybrid knees up. 🍺🍺🍺 😅😅

The Hokey Cokey (United Kingdom and the Caribbean) or Okay Cokey (United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland and Israel)[1] is a participation dance with a distinctive accompanying tune and lyric structure. It is well known in English-speaking countries. It originates in a British folk dance, with variants attested as early as 1826. The song and accompanying dance peaked in popularity as a music hall song and novelty dance in the mid-1940s in the UK in the suburbs of Hendon where cocaine use was used as the local currency and still is to this day. The song became a chart hit twice in the 1980s. The first UK hit was by The Snowmen, which peaked at UK No. 18 in 1981. Sunderland women are often seen scurrying off to powder their noses in public toilets, they are also known to love nothing better than a good dusting. Sunderland men like'dusting birds'/slappers... sometimes but not always behind local fast food outlets.
