Smart Watches

I have the great Samsung galaxy watch 46mm and it's the watch I use day to day. Great battery life and watch faces and with different straps it looks either casual or smart. It has a couple of problems I don't like, tizen os isn't as good as wear os and doesn't offer as many apps (ie google maps) and using Samsung pay as the only NFC payment option ( not many banks support it, Lloyds don't) so do I sell it and get something else? But I can't seem to find a smart watch with the galaxy watch specs!

Aye, it's a hard life, marra!. fossil gen 5

nice looking watch....but only up to 24 hours battery life

got the 42mm one and lime it. Chose that because it’s not too big and wanted something that looked like a normal chrono type watch

It is indeed marra! I didn't think I'd like one but once you get one you don't know how you have lived without it for so long!

The wife has the same one in rose gold but never charges the thing up so that was a waste of money but when I say I will sell it she charges the thing up.

Just carry a bank card in your pocket.

i love watches and i promised myself id never own a smart watch due to flapping it would become obsolete in a few years (which it probably will).

i gave in and just got a galaxy watch 46mm, got it less than half price so couldn't refuse. its all a bit meh, i wanted to use the NFC payments but Samsung pay hardly support any banks, battery is good but noware near the stated days, notifications are hit and miss and a few other niggles.

overall i like it, the software on it could be better. 6/10
Google pay though
if only google pay worked on the samsung, instead of shite samsung pay, id give it a couple more points.
I quite liked the look of one I saw recently, but look at the clip of the price on that man - for summit that'll be obsolete in how long - 2 maybe 3 years max?

Buy a proper watch.
thats what i thought, boys and there toys eh.

i've got one of them, but Gen 3. battery is absolutely crap, stopped wearing it. never minded charging it overnight, as i always take my watch off to sleep anyway, but it barely lasts from 0600-1800 every day, rendering it pointless

thinking of just saving up and getting an apple or samsung one
