Often on here it gets exaggerated how bad a player actually is, then over time the legend of how bad they were also gets exaggerated.
Not the case with Lee camp however.
We've been blessed with good goalies over the years, when mignolet faced a 1 on 1 you would expect him to come to the rescue. Regardless of the shot heading in, pickford could still come to the rescue.
With camp in goal, every time the ball was put near the goal we knew what was coming.

Agree. Seen quite a bit of them over the years as Mrs Layabout has supported them all her life.
Only player I can remember who was really good for a reasonable period was Arnason. He was a yard short of pace otherwise would have had a career at a much higher level (IMHO).
They're top right now cos they play a consistent system and are the fittest team in the league.

Good shout tbf - I remember being at a home game sat near the halfway line in a row near the front and getting hit by one of his goal kicks.

I believe he was in Forest's team of the decade or something also. I think the stick he gets on here is way OTT. Steele was worse. He was also playing behind a shockingly awful defence.
