Because a lot of them I presume see the kids as worthless or are told by superiors to say nowt in the interests of multiculturalism

We are seeing similar with knife crime no doubt A disproportionate % are being carried out by black lads in gangs in comparison to their % of the population as a whole.

If every fucker is too scared to actually say the truth or be prepared for the enevitable flack we are destined never to address the problems properly.
