Cut down on drinking and smoking. The drinking during the week. The smoking in general.

I'm going for:

Play golf more.
Work less.
Carry on losing the pointless clem.
Think less.
Live for the moment more.

This, in answer to your OP and erm, this one.
Thinking about it though, less Alcohol and higher fitness levels. And lose a bit of weight. But that will happen if i do the first two.
