Unless they want the club, but not at Donald's price. All they need to do is wait for or force a technical default. In theory, they could get control of the club for around £90,000. That's how much of the loan they'd need to convert into Madrox shares to give them over 90% of Madrox. At that point, they can buy out the other shareholders for the same price they paid for their shares, ie £1 each.

I think he's now been found out as a bit of a bullshitter as well though. So it's not just that he failed in his football decisions, but it appears he was also hoodwinking us about having money and not needing investment in this league.

It's almost as if it's become brutally clear that his only interest in the club was to get us promoted at the first time of asking and selling up for a healthy profit and he didn't have any plan whatsoever beyond that.

I am hoping they know they can get us for a steal and with their vision for the club can attract a decent manager who would want to join the project, spend a few quid and get a couple of promotions to where the real money is.
