I hope Wyke was taken off as he was a spent force, otherwise the decision to finish with 9 players was one of his worst yet. Hints of progress in that game, but what little hope was created in the first half expired somewhere in the second.

We were very lucky. Five minutes togo and he pulls them when they were clean through. Very lucky today. The crowd was not over thirty thousand.

I thought that, for pretty much the first time, there was some organisation and a plan. Hopefully, Parkinson will stick with this. Maybe, and I accept that many on here will view this as straw clutching of a significant order of magnitude, we looked half decent (not good, not brilliant, but, half decent) at times. Today was better than last week. I'll take that, for now.
