Ive watched us closely and not fooled by nicking results/draws last season.sunderlands been in a downward spiral since January at the very latest.Football was disjointed, players looked really unfit and lethargic,the players ross signed where and still are shit.The writing was on the wall, check my history and I stated before the season started that this team and manger at the time wouldn't break into the top 10.

Given the resources and the momentum Ross had last year he made a right mess of it all, that set the tone for this season even by his own admission.

How much ability Ross had to sign the players he wanted is questionable. However, I agree with you in respect of the form since January and the standard of players. Also, before that it was only the clinical finishing of Maja putting a gloss on things.

I've long argued on here that the squad is really poor, even at this level despite people wrongly stating it is the best in the league. It isn't, we are weak right across the park and struggle to do even the basics correctly.

You really need to stop posting shit, I’m not defending anyone said he’s appt the wrong manager from the start and he needs to sack him. That’s got nowt to do with my reply to your post, he hasn’t stated that he won’t sack PP !

We had been declining all year, the football was shit, outplayed most weeks even when scraping a win.
Last season he averaged 1.85 points per game
This season he averaged 1.72 points per game

I wouldn't love for us to be a lower play-off chasing team personally, just employed the wrong replacement.

Last season Catts, Oviedo and Honeyman were here. They’re now gone. Think that trio is worth .13 ppg?
