Liverpool v Everton kick off 2015 Amazon tv

Almost certain that he was posting at half time from inside Goodison the other week

Should have been more than 5 anyway, can't believe VAR didn't award us a pen for the tag team on VVD in the second half!
The overrated knacker shouldn't have been on the pitch to get to the 2nd half nor should TAA well done VAR again
The "triple punishment" was scrapped years ago. He was never getting sent off there.
No attempt to play the ball professional foul is still a red card isn't it ? The ref and VAR bottled it

Well according to the pundits it was a defo red card. So they must be wrong as well ?

Well yes. You would have thought people paid to talk about football every week would know the laws of the game but there you are. It's been 3 or 4 years now.

LAW 12: FOULS AND MISCONDUCT
IFAB Laws of the Game 2019-20
...
Q9: Why was the ‘triple punishment’ for denial of an obvious goal-scoring opportunity (DOGSO) offences changed for offences in the penalty area?
The main reason is that the award of a penalty kick effectively ‘restores’ the obvious goal-scoring opportunity that was denied by the foul. It was felt that a penalty, red card and suspension (the three/triple punishment) was too strong so the red card has become a caution (YC) but only for DOGSO offences which are an attempt to play the ball or challenge an opponent for the ball.

Even if the penalty had been given and it's 2-2, we would just have brought our 1st team on!

Its still a red if there is no attempt to play the ball

Honestly haven't a clue mate.

Who I want?

Kovac
Benitez
Biesla

In that order

Who I think the board will go for?

Moyes
Benitez
Arteta
Jorge Jesus
Gallardo
Marcelino

All recently linked.

Depends who picks him - we have the owner (Moshiri) chairman (Kenwright) and DOF (Brands) and I couldn't tell you who will have the biggest say so dont know.
Silva was Moshiris man was't he? The fact he's likely to be about to appoint his 5th manager in just over 3 years isn't a good sign
Juventus don’t let young star strikers join Everton I’m sorry like. If they thought he was good enough no chance he’s leaving on a permanent deal
remmeber when SOuness got flak for saying something may not be right with him off the pitch?

and he got dropped for something off the pitch

makes you wonder if Sounness was right

This will be Moshiri's 4th appointment but in reality his 3rd - our then DOF Steve Walsh recommended his old mate Alladyce for the job so in reality I cant give him that one.

Very rare clubs appoint a top manager right away - you tend to have to kiss a few frogs before getting lucky landing a prince.

Spurs appointed Jol, Ramos, AVB and Redknapp before landing Poch

Liverpool Hodgson, Dalglish and Rodgers before Klopp

Utd Moyes, LVG, then stupidly sacked Mourinho now have Ole S.

At some point we'll get it right

Souness is just a bitter Red shitehawk who always has a pop at us - Kean was late for a team meeting and was dropped by Silva. Its well known Silva has favourites in the side - Calvert Lewin and Siggurdsson have been played constantly over options like Kean and young Anthony Gordon who the fans are desperate to see given a chance with the injuries in midfield.

ah ok I just saw the breach of discipline bit!

They weren’t allowed to enter due to the shambolic state of the Heysel stadium and the woeful ticketing arrangements for the European Cup the year before.
so what you're saying is if a stadium isn't fit for purpose the actions of any individuals can't be held responsible for anything that happens there?

interesting

makes you wonder why that lowlife scummy club tried blaming West Ham fans then?
