A friend worked at his gig in Liverpool last Thursday and said it was full of absolute wankers. They ended the night chanting the Jeremy Corbyn song too. Seems to be a big crossover with his fans and little twats who chuck pints of beer about in their Gazelles at football games.

Saw him at Newcastle Uni a few year back and it was a decent rowdy night mostly made up of Scots in the crowd. Saw him at Transmit festival shortly after and it was decent although pretty much the exact same set.

Wasn't too fussed about seeing him at the Academy a year ago I think it was but went along and wish I hadn't. Exact same set as previous two gigs and exact same "banter"..... random laughs in songs and shouts of "Come On!".... plus the crowd there was basically full of knobs.
Decided to not bother going tonight as imagine it'd be much of the same.

Fair play to the guy though, he's done absolutely amazing to get to where he's at unsigned.

Got a few decent songs, the world needs a few more rock and roll bands though. Not these solo f***ing dweebs in skinny jeans and shit hats.

Real name Gerard Crosbie and comes from a very well to do family. Absolute wet blanket listened to be other wet blankets.

music for lads who've got 3 acoustic guitars on stands in their man caves, drink warm carling and sniff bash, before a group cuddle with their equally annoying pals and have a 4am singalong to "wonderwall", in their kitchen.

I really enjoyed last night. The atmosphere was great - although the mags chanting toon toon after every song was a bit much
