Liverpool's answer to Gerry Cinnamon

Guilty

Mad that people are poorly imitating Gerry Cinnamon already though. He’s only been popular for about five minutes and some scouse toerag is nicking his riffs.
Not keen on music snobs. It is just music.
People love Gerry Cinnamon and they have a brilliant time when they see him.
The song posted is a total rip off mind.

Nee surprise mate. I knew when I seen cinnamon that you’d get people coming out with more of this shite

I detest Gerry Cinnamon.

But weirdly I quite enjoyed this with its introspective lyrics about nights out. Probably won't listen again though.

I can be a snob about the track the OP posted being a complete rip off of something and still appreciate the positive effect certain artists might have on people. The two aren’t mutually exclusive and I wasn’t criticising Gerry Cinnamon - who I’ve seen twice btw. I’ve personally worked with/for (and interviewed professionally in a past life) plenty of commercially successful artists who make derivative music. It’s all subjective but that doesn’t mean you can’t be discerning. We’d all be listening to the same shite otherwise.

Thought Gerry Cinnamon was a scouser, got the impression he has that same gobshite swagger thing, not heard his music mind.
