6 games 4 defeats

It was and is obvious. As a result people are now going so far overboard the other way pretending he is good.

Wilko all over again.
Imaging owning Sunderland AFC in league one, a 48,000 seater stadium, the biggest attendances in the league to boast of, being so called 'debt free' and not being able to attract better players that what we have and a better manager than Phil Parkinson. Embarrassing doesn't cover it.

Is this really so difficult for you to understand?

People can be critical on here but still support the team and get behind them at games.
You know as well as I do this place luckily does not represent our actual loyal fan base that goes to games.
Not even when we were doing relatively well.
The biggest surprise to me is why they waste all their valuable time posting negative stuff on here.
I will be down Hylton rd for the Coventry game.
I will be the weirdo drinking sparkling water, I hope the sell it 🤪

I’m not being funny but all the games matter. The competition not so much, but with a new manager we need and we’d like to think we would want to build momentum.

Since PP has arrived we’ve played ok, marginally more direct than with JR but the problems are still evident.

So games like this do matter to build that momentum and a winning mentality!

It’s hugely frustrating

They're showing themselves to be lower league owners in everything they do.

Might as well re-brand as Sunderland Austerity Football Club. I don't expect them to hoy millions about but some of the decisions and appointments reek of a lack of ambition or vision.

Tonight is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. In the league games we have stopped conceding so many chances, and played with a tempo against Tranmere and Shrewsbury which was reminiscent of a promotion side. Southend was disappointing but we didn’t concede too many chances at all. I think Parkinson will get us up. Peterborough losing tonight is a more significant result than our loss to Leicester.
Parkinson will get us up no chance another shit appointment by clueless owners

We should be in a position where players were asking their agents to contact us and beg for a move. Something clearly hasn't been and isn't right.

Easy to say that we’re better off out of the competition. It’s worrying that Parkinson picked a team to win and once again gave a shite performance.

I will attend 5 games more than the vast majority who post on here.
Some of the fuckers who post on here want to give their heads a shake .
Some of our so called fans are sounding more and more like mags everyday.
We are shit at the minute, we all f***ing know it.
Let's ride the storm and get behind the team.
I pray that no players read this board.
Ride the storm its more like a hurricane

It makes sense to me. We have bought so badly. As a result we have a bunch of very average league 1 players. And we will finish half way up the league.
