I am genuinely delighted by the news of investment.. Be it in the academy, Stadium & match day experience, Scouting,first team or wherever they see fit.. It can only be good for the club hopefully a starting point to help progress us to the next level and maybe even bigger things in the future.
In my opinion this isn't a loan purely investment with the eventual ownership.. You don't go through months of due diligence, negotiations and confidentiality agreements for this.. I think this has all been completed so that when the time is right to transfer ownership it will be much quicker and seamlessly...
Just my opinion but very positive news and hopefully some good secure times ahead.

Brilliant news and only the tip of the iceberg in terms of investments. Some of that £10m gets us Marcus Madison and some slightly improved other players, which is about all we need to win promotion imo.

Because I think Donald is a terrible chairman. I don't think he's good enough to be a chairman of either SAFC or Eastleigh.
 
We have had some great news today yet still there are doom mongers questioning it.
Lord knows what it would be like on here if we had been told today that the American interest had ceased.

£99,999,999 investment I understand should allow us to scout extensively in the Cambodian and Syrian lower leagues for unearthed gems.

Thank fuck there's been an announcement finally. Not what I really wanted as it should have been a controlling share for the dell lads as a minimum and ideally a total buyout.

I think it’s already in place judging by the increased work rate the last couple of games but we will go up if a significant bonus is paid to the squad for successfully doing so and nothing for failure.

It was in place in the Reid golden years and a few ex players have commented what a difference it made

We don't know that for sure as we aren't aware of what it was at the time and I repeat on every interview or pod cast I've seen Donald on he's mentioned 'investment' - he's been quite consistent on that when he hasn't on other things.

Donald refuted Nixon's story at the time and Nixon said in the Sun that "now Donald and his men are on the look out for other investment" and he replied on Twitter to Donald "saying ask the Americans" when Donald said it was still on.

Nixon also said during the summer that Campbell's takeover was off because Donald wanted too much, as he did with the Americans.

Literally nothing Nixon has said about it so far has came true and everything Donald has repeated seems to be and yet, people still want to believe Nixon?? I just don't get it :confused:
