Whilst we await confirmation from
@SunderlandAFC
on the date of the next supporter engagement meeting we want to know what questions you have. As usual we will ask what fellow supporters want us to ask and you'll be able to read the responses via published minutes.

We’ve been pushing for a meeting for a while now, (preferably a one that Stewart Donald will be in attendance for), so please feel free to leave your questions/thoughts on this thread, in anticipation that the club finally confirm one soon.
I’m sure you all have one or two things on your mind?!!

Any movement on improving disabled access to BCB and Quinns yet?

Any concrete plans with actual details of what they will be doing to improve access for wheelchairs in BCB and Quinns

What's the plan for the transfer window, is Phil Parkinson going to be backed with substantial funds to improve the first team, also will recruitment and scouting be massively improved upon in the next 6 months with focus on the summer transfer window, if the football club fails to gain promotion to the championship this season ?

In a nice way try and ask:

Why our category A academy seems to be producing a load of shit and any that aren't shit seem to be leaving, the recent record of all age groups seems to be absolutely appalling

What targets have the recruitment side been given? They seem to have produced a one paced bunch of plodders and are at least as culpable for our current performance in the league as Jack Ross was (who still had to go like). Is Richard Hill, sacked twice for being a bit shit at Eastleigh, really the best man to head up our football operations? Hell even our aim of being sustainable must involve signing young, talented players, developing them and selling them on, so why has the vast majority of our recruitment been for 27 year old league one plodders with no hope of a profit? If we don't generate funds there, and don't generate them from the academy and are being sustainable, where the hell do we get the money to ever try and be more than just an average league one side

Try and mention that we'd like a takeover to go through and if it means he has to leave then, since he's always said he'll do what's right for the club and currently he's failing to run us in a way which gives any hope of confidence for the future, it might be an idea to do so. Also mention that whoever leaked information to RR and ALS (I can take a wild guess at who did so) has done a lot of harm in terms of PR and making us look unprofessional (along with setting unrealistic 100 point targets having not improved the squad in any significant way)

Oh, and tell him the beer is shit and the queues are massive and as soon as we can he should take it in house, get some of those things that pour loads of pints at once, make the pints taste a bit less like a vat of chemicals and then at least if we're going to be shite I can enjoy a pint or two at half time

What is Richard Hill’s role at Safc? Going off Donald’s public statements on podcasts he is involved in player identification, transfer and contract negotiation, youth development strategy and manager identification. He was the one that Hull rang when they offered for Honeyman. That appears to be a very wide-ranging remit. Arguably he is he most powerful person on the football side of the club. What makes him suitable for the role? His cv and performance levels to date clearly don’t.

Feel free to leave that last part out in the interests of bonhomie.
