What’s the longest you’ve gone without a non-alcoholic drink?

Since not being away for 3 weeks at a time ( no drink) I'm not as focused on boozing! When I was away it's all I could think of that first pint in the airport or in the closest boozer.. now I can give or take it to be honest! I'm away on a all inclusive holiday and I don't think I've been pissed all holiday! ( One night I was a little merry but not pissed) so for me at this time of life ( I'm 46) I can give or take it

Fuck me this thread is an abortion

Went away for 4 days to Majorca with the lads last year and only had 3 cups of tea the whole time we were there. So I'm guessing about 24 hours x 3 of only drinking alcohol (or thereabouts).

I can’t believe people are still getting it wrong
That's the only way 4 days would be possible I assume. Gear, that is.
Why? Id have thought gear would make you more dehydrated.
The only reason I didn’t drink water or owt was because by the time I got up I didn’t want to waste any valuable drinking time so I was straight on the booze. I’m not one of those who needs a cuppa or bottle of water to start the day anyway. At home I’ll get up and not drink anything until I get to work. I’ll only get through 3 cups of tea and a cup of juice in a normal day anyway.

The best gear stops time or slows it down.

I'd guess I've probably gone around 27-28 hours on a matchday. Coffee with my breakfast around 7ish then only alcohol for the rest of the day, and then another coffee when I wake up the following morning maybe around 10.30ish

How’s that going to affect your hydration requirements then?
I don't know this is a thread about drinking and hydration it wasn't me who mentioned class a drugs I was just responding to a post about drugs.

😂 I was pointing out that the shaky drug hangover/nausea may have prevented me from wanting to get up and drink soft drinks
Hydrate > Dehydrate > Hydrate.

Drinking water is ok as long as its ice cold.

Not very long at all. I’m always thirsty and beer doesn’t help sometimes so I’ll normally pop into the shop to grab a can of pop in between pubs

A few days in intensive care , I can remember crying for a glass of water but all they’d allow was those sponge lollipops dampened to keep lips moist.
I drink loads of water even during the night probably don’t go more than an hour between drinks - got to keep my knackered kidneys plumped up

Probably weekends away with the lads where its been from late afternoon Friday until waking up Sunday when water was taken on board.

Were you pissed when you wrote this though?
