Worst decision you have ever made?

What's bad about buying a buy to let?

just had non stop shit mate, scum tennants, load of hassle n dropped about 20% in value ffs.
Going to my first Lads match (1-1 against Wigan, 28th August 2004). If I hadn't gone that first time, I can't imagine how much pain I would have saved myself from over these last 15 years.

a 1-1 draw against someone shit, whod have thought.

Many years ago, I'd been for a night out in Hartlepool, with my mates, and had a good drink.
On the way, back to my bedsit, we'd called into the chippy for a takeaway, and I needed a piss, so nipped around a back street, but being a bit the worse for wear, I was overconfident of my ability to hold my curry & chips in one hand, while releasing the beast, with the other hand, which I managed to do, without a problem.
It was when I'd finished peeing and tried to put said beast, back into it's cage (with one hand) that I got caught in my zip.
I think I might have screamed like a lass, and the curry and chips, went all down the front of my new crombie (I was a natty dresser, and trend setter, back in the day,) 😊
I tried to free myself, and my mates tried to unzip me, all to no avail.
A late night trip to the hospital, ensued, where the nurses (all women) had a good laugh at my plight, and after much riving at my zip, and howls of pain, from myself, my poor pecker was injected with iodine, to sufficiently numb the pain, and I was eventually freed, and left the hospital, with enough bandages around my pecker, to patch up an entire platoon, in the Vietnam war.
I was sore for weeks afterwards, and still bear the physical and mental, scars to this day.
The Crombie, was beyond all help, and was binned, the next day 😫
:lol:we gotta gusher

not buying a BMW E30 M3 evo II when I had the chance for 13k
Ooof. On that note, not buying a crewcab pickup, split screen, 60s VW bus for £8000 about 10 years ago (one of only 4 original UK RHD examples at the time). Or a Mk 2 Golf Rallye for £12000 in the mid 90s, rare as fuck, I've only ever seen 1 other since then. Or selling my oval Beetle to go to Ibiza with the lads in the early 90s, actually, fuck that it was an amazing holiday.
early 70's i was on my way to the La Strada one saturday night and bumped into a mate who was going to Wetherells went there instead and met my future wife, i've never spoken to him since
Not allowed to by the dragon?

Not succumbing to the charms of a truly statuesque and gorgeous Italian lass at a party 25 years ago.

She followed up on this snub with a blatant pass at me in a nightclub the following weekend.

My excuse...our lasses friend new her.

I don't know what torments me more, not doing the deed or not knowing how guilty I would feel if I had.

Getting married.

Not because of the good lady, but because of the vast amount of money we wasted to create our (her) "perfect day".

Had we had vast fortunes it might not have been so bad but at that time we struggled.

Should have held on till we could afford the wedding she wanted or toned down the whole thing. Ive been to better weddings since where far less has been spent

Staying with a lass who treat me like shite .
I did the same, unfortunately.
She went on a lasses weekend, to Spain, and met a millionaire property dealer, while she was there, and she dumped me, when she got back home on Christmas eve, after I'd spent my money, buying Christmas presents for her.
It nearly broke me, but I still believe I'll find someone who's good for me.
Life goes on.
