Dell have pulled out due to the fact nobody in Consett last night could spell Dell, or could spell anything for that matter. In fact nobody owned a pen in Consett or had even seen one since a Stagecoach passed through there in the early 1700's .

I’m not sure what people were expecting from the talk in. If an acquisition is ongoing everyone involved will have signed strict Non Disclosure Agreements which may still be active.
