On the subject of TBBT, the itk battles on the takeover threads did bring to mind the episode where Amy Farrah Fowler, having watched Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom for the first time, points out to Sheldon that the presence of Indy had absolutely zero effect on the eventual outcome of the story.

He had grey hair and supported Leeds, skinny little trendy fucka. I was still wrecked off the night before like so if he said his name I would have no way of remembering.
