If registering a new company with the SoL as a registered office isn't a hint as wide as the Channel that completion is close, I don't know what is.

But let’s be honest - it still isn’t complete (that we know). Which is why the party poppers aren’t out yet!

I remember being in Corfu when Ashursts new XI did McMenemys Southampton at Roker first game of the season. The Scouse dj used to write the div 1 and old firm scores on a blackboard outside the beach bar after ringing home at ten past 5. Anyone who supported a non div 1 team had to have their request for it in by midnight on Friday neet or he wouldn’t ask his da when he rang. His da had to write all the scores down from grandstand or summit.
There’d be a mob outside the bar waiting for him returning from the hotel phone box. He wouldn’t tell anyone and everyone had to wait until he’d chalked it up on the board. The tension was unreal. Far far better than the instant gratification of today WiFi n Bluetooth world.
Everyone then went on the lash so it suited the bar to be doing it.

I remember waiting for something similar. A bar in the Algarve had a brand new rolling electric sign and the fella would type everything into it which took forever. When it actually went onto the board the text went along so quickly you had to watch it come around a few times before you could even make any sense out of it. I can't even remember our score but always remember Southampton beat Liverpool 4-1 which was a shock result, which you could see as something like MPTON4LIVER as it whizzed past. The bloke in the bar next door went out and bought a blackboard and some chalk, much easier!

Due to having a now departed distant safc supporting relative in Wardley I’ve always differentiated between our Tyneside brothers n sisters and those they were unfortunate enough to grow up alongside. There but for the grace of god and our forefathers go alll of us.
As a kid of Sunderland Maternity Hospital (as was) I’m aware that red n whiters on Tyneside suffer a lot more hassle than those of us lucky enough to nivver speak to one from one month to the next so imho they deserve nowt but respect. Hopefully both their and our time is well and truly on its way.

I wish I’d only had 44 marra.....and I expect I’m not alone.

I have asked the n*wcastle world wide supporters group on faceache to alter their wording on a picture of rafabeneathus, from Geordie's to mags.
Haven't been back on yet to see their happy response 😂😂😂😂😂😂

The filing was done electronically by a large, and very expensive, firm of lawyers in London. There will have been supporting documents with it that don't get shown, including the directors' consent to act. Spoofing them would constitute forgery, and we'd have heard all about it by now if that was the case.
Do these firms occasionally screw up? Just wondering if there might have been a blunder...

He never actually said a date Said in his opinion it may be is a lot different than giving a date
But your one of the twisty ones
I now know why others don't like you

Eh?

No need for this like, wasn't complaining in the slightest, I think you've quoted the wrong poster mate.
