  • If Dell was that interested in them why didn’t he just buy them outright by himself?

Now remind me, was it Midds who had the epic meltdown on here one Saturday afternoon? Went on slagging off everyone and anyone on here - particularly the female fans (as Newcastle fans tend to do for some reason) or was it another of the resident skunks?

So would I - even though it’d be virtually guaranteed to be a disaster

He's one if the few "box office" candidates we could attract in League One. A combination of the takeover, his history with us and his desire to get back into management/prove something at SAFC mean it has a fairytale narrative from the outset.

This is SAFC though so he'll more than likely be a disaster, bankrupt Dell and burn the stadium to the ground in a rage at our defending.

Nah, the NFL is heavily tied in with Wembley and especially with Spurs whose ground was built with hosting both football and NFL games in mind - NFL pitch that's directly under the retractable footy pitch, changing rooms that are able to cater for the huge NFL squads and staff. If more games come to the UK they're almost certain to be at Spurs new ground.
Agree. It would be fantastic to see American Football at the SoL though.
