I think this could mean they own 100%. As I understand it 75% or more is a threshold in the level of control over the company. Although I could stand corrected.

Also, does this mean it’s gone through? I see this as the LLC used to purchase the club from SD. It doesn’t mean that this company has control over SAFC? Views?

As I understand it being passive has nothing to do with the level of ownership, it’s about whether someone is involved in the management of the entity
