Keep up! We're getting a theme park, a movie studio and they're gonna open factories for Dell's computer parts. Even the shipyards are reopening. There are also rumours that the Monkwearmouth mine will be reopened, and we'll have to relocate to the actual Roker Park near the seafront and build a new 120,000 capacity stadium to accommodate all the new 'soccer' fans as well as the 50,000 'Jawdies' jumping ship.
All to be confirmed later today, tomorrow, Thursday or Friday unless there's a hitch.
