Completely. Not like he's posted it quickly then had to go off somewhere either, his profile says he was on 13 minutes ago, so he's basically flung a hand grenade in and hasn't bothered to reply to any of the many responses. You'd expect it from a shit WUM but it's thoroughly bad crack from someone who is normally a decent poster. Glad your info is more positive though, and that ties in with BBC Newcastle who have continually said there's no issues, and with Jack Ross in the comments in the Chronicle which hardly sound like it's about to fall through, RR who have continually suggested the deal has gone through, there's been almost no negative vibes from anywhere other than a couple on here
 

Don't get the dragged on theme here. If I'd looked at and was interested in buying a house it would probably take longer than a month to complete, this is so much bigger and more complicated.
