If both Buttler and Bairstow aren't worth their places as a batsman (i.e. both being in the team) then the selectors have to decide who is the better player and bat him at 7 with the gloves.

Bairstow and Buttler at 5 & 6 is horrific selection

I honestly find it crazy the demand to get rid of a player who is in fantastic touch, I just don’t get it.

Yeah it is I’m not knocking him he’s not a test match number 7

Curran isn’t the answer like, he’s a 4th seamer
