Tom Petty unwittingly wrote the theme tune for this thread: The Waiting. It starts “The waiting is the hardest part....”. In fact it could be the theme song for all our SAFC supporting lives.

I think all SAFC supporters are just waiting to celebrate the takeover and the anticipation is reflected in the amount of views and posts showing this , when not if the takeover happens it will be even sweeter because the consortium were close to taking the mag's over but pulled out . The Geordie nation will be devastated , to coin a phrase from Bullseye , lets take a look at what you could have won . Never mind a rich Arab riding a stallion might ride to the rescue or might not in case you start punching his horse !!!
 
I thought it was fairly well known on here that SBC has some learning issues. If he winds you up maybe put him on ignore instead of wading into him.

And SBC if this takeover business is so frustrating for you maybe give this thread a miss for a while? Takeovers like this take time, it could be today or weeks away tbh.

We're all excited, we're all looking forward to it being announced, and we all have some level of doubt - some more than others - after all it is Sunderland we're talking about, they do like to build us up then slap us in the balls/fanny.

We all want what's best, we all want the chance of moving in the right direction football and status wise, we all all want to witness Magasaki when the Toon goes up when we become rich rich rich. Let's stay friends in the meantime.

Is it now? I find it hard to believe the way you and the rest of the forum is banging on, one would be forgiven for thinking any forum member could sit in a GP's surgery for over an hour or at traffic lights permanently stuck on red for over an hour and not get slightly miffed.

I am a lot of things but not someone who believes in someones lies. I find it hard to believe you have the ability to get impatient.

Aye. I hadn't realised (thought he was just a knacker tbh) so I'm just putting him on ignore. His lack of self awareness is staggering mind, genuinely think he should reconsider whether this place is healthy for him, or at least accept that he doesn't know everything and thus tone down the comments which do nowt but bring him further grief from people who can't be expected to know about any learning difficulties he has
