This place will be like the ending of the Truman Show when it's finally announced. Wild celebrations, followed by people not having a clue how to spend their time.
It is my belief that as this sleeping giant of a club awakes, we need a new pedestrian bridge over the river connecting the Vaux site (on which we may need another hotel) to the SoL to ease congestion, a new airport on the fallow Nissan land that Brexit will create, and a new car park, somewhere.
The popularity of this message may also increase as a result of impending activity, so I would ask folks to install dictionaries and grammarly on devices, because, sometimes we need it, frankly.
Be an ambassador for your club.
Agree with this 100%. People who seem barely able to tie their own shoe laces demanding to know the ins and outs of a multi million pound international business deal. There's an important issue emerging here.
This thread is bringing out the modern trend of people believing they have a civil right to demand statements, from whoever they choose, at the drop of a hat.
There's been many references to people 'behaving like Mags' simply for being excited about an unprecedented takeover.
In my humble opinion it's a great deal more Mag-like to be stamping feet and demanding to know what's going on with private negotiations.
It's much more infantile than dreaming of winning trophies and some people appear quite deluded tbh.

Be interesting to chart the time that elapses between the euphoria of the deal being announced officially, people buying Dell products and making up crap puns - we’re (lap)top of the league and so forth, and the first thread saying “what have these Yankee bastards done for the club really?” when we’re not top six in the premier league after 18 months. Or something.f***ing hell this thread is getting more desperate and I didn't think that was possible![]()
We are wandering around in league 3 with a man who couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery in charge yet here we are with something quite extraordinary about to unfold.Another day of nothing except it appears plane spotting it's getting that desperate
Yes 100%..only thing that will piss me off is if some mag i work with waltzes up and tells me its been announcedThere's an important issue emerging here.
