Just listened to the podcast and it was as if we had all missed the announcement from how confident and assured they all were that a deal had been done. Im pretty sure with RR close link with the club that this would not have been aired unless they were given permission to...burning bridges and all that. But moving on as @Reiver has stated that any type of update or press release is much needed (and duty bound in a way) although an NDA most probablys will be in place which surely will be killing Stewart and Charlie!
 
You all know nothing actually happens if and when this takeover is complete right?

There will be a press release saying it's complete. It will include some statements from Donald and the new shareholders about how they've got great ambitions for the club.

One or two of them might even do interviews to camera. They'll say it's a great club and they are confident they can provide the right investment.

That's it. We'll them be playing the same matches withe the same team and same manager in the same stadiums.

Thanks for pointing this out otherwise I'd assumed we would automatically be top four in the premier league and preparing for our champions league fixtures.

I believe allegedly Brady stopping playing football is because he had a blood clotting problem which was was undiagnosed for years(by the club docs allegedly ) and caused problems with the muscles in his legs..I dont think insurers would be happpy insuring a player with this problem and this may have lead to him stop playing professionally.......that said for a footballer brady is very articulate on all football matters and his popularity is starting to make marco actually do some work for a change!
