Takeover Rumours

People would be better off just waiting for the announcement first, all this talk of sacking him and then him is quite frankly absolutely bananas. Squabbling like a set of spoilt brats won't make it happen any quicker.
We won't be European champions overnight.

Here's a question for the doubters.

Roker Report, after battling on through relegations and endless disappointments, are on the verge of being linked, in however small a way, with one of the most exciting times in this club's recent history.

They can be one step away from Dell and untold finance which has already been said will be used to develop all manner of projects.

Does anyone really believe that, without any permission, they'd just think 'fuck it, let's just announce the takeover before it's even been confirmed' ....

... haway man, I know some people would rather believe this is all just another kick in the teeth but ffs give it up

So is nick Barnes talking shite then mate? I guess that’s where the doubt has crept in for me - he is definitively saying there is still stuff to do. For example announcement absolutely won’t be ‘imminent’ (I’ve para phrased tbh but he’s heavily implied that in answer to a question).

He categorically does say though paperwork still being reviewed and EFL approval still required

Barnes never knows anything to be fair, didn't he report there was no takeover on the cards and we were taken over by Donald a few days later or something?

I hope so - and Tbf he’s not being negative.

In my mind it’s just a big step from ‘its done’ to still being reviewed and might be done in a few weeks!

The RR podcast is saying that we've been taken over by Michael Dell. I thought it was widely accepted that Dell was going to be a minority shareholder? Makes me question the veracity of the whole podcast tbh.
No one knows yet how much each fella is putting in. All that’s been mentioned so far is that Dell is leaving the others to run the show.

There is a chance, though I'm not saying its the case, that the small group of fans who run RR are as excited as the rest of us and have jumped to some conclusions based on what's being said here and elsewhere.

If they knew for certain and had been given that info in confidence I'm not sure they'd be as open about talking this way.
