Fair does, but there are undoubtedly some who made their minds up about them being chancers the moment they bought the club. While I think more have accepted that they have made mistakes but have done things with the best intentions. They don’t even get best intentions from someWorks both ways that though Janey. Some just can't see any mistakes.
There's a lad, who posts on here, who knows the situation better but it's basically faults where the steel fittings go through the concrete.
Ironically, because the ground isn't a modern bowl, the 'design' catches the wind and puts a huge strain on the fittings.
If prospective owners 'catch wind' of it that could really put them off ....
... which, through sheer spite, is the reason I keep mentioning it![]()
Is it lost ? 🛩Saw the same plane passing over Cramlington earlier, what a bloody sad life I must lead plane spotting!
They could always ground share with GatesheadIs it anything like the situation with that Italian bridge that collapsed? Basically they thought the steel (cables in this case) couldn't corrode because of the alkaline environment of the concrete casing. Turns out it didn't work and the steel still corrodes causing the collapse. Similar thing was happening on the Hammersmith flyover but they spotted it during routine checks and fixed it.
this was pretty low heading towards the airport clearly not a passenger planeSaw the same plane passing over Cramlington earlier, what a bloody sad life I must lead plane spotting!
