Whilst it will be fantastic to be taken over, isn’t there a major flaw?

Donald remaining and running football operations? (That may be a little simplistic but seems to be the general gist). He has thus far proven to be completely inept in this most important department. Never mind all the other jackanorys that have been spun via RR.

It doesn’t makes sense for these extremely successful business people to entrust the running of the football club to him.

Because no matter how many times you hear it's done, the pessimist which resides in almost every Sunderland fan will continue to think maybe something absolutely unexpected will somehow go wrong. That and because people are naturally a bit impatient, even assuming it does happen I'm very keen to hear what their plans are, we might get a much better idea of what this means for us when they hold their press conference, only natural given the above that people will be hoping it's announced as soon as possible

If we aren’t succeeding with him running it, they’ll peddle him. Simple as that really. They won’t be happy with mediocrity.
