Well done for getting round the course in one piece. 👍

A massive well done, also, to all those who took part today, and for completing the course, regardless of finishing times. 👍
Much respect.

I had ten tabs and 8 pints the night before if that helps mate. Fail to prepare. ;)
Well done!

I seen a fella at the start in an SAFC shirt with a picture of Bradley Lowrey on his back. He had an NUFC tattoo on his arm though. Wonder if any numpties gave him stick
I can confirm that wasn't me.

I used to love running.
When I was 13 years old, I'd finish school and run 10,000 metres around the school track, and then play footy for an hour with my mates, before I even got home for my tea.

Where did all that energy I once had, disappear to ? 😃

Hard work and determination. Hoping for 1:25 in a half marathon next week.

Did 2hr 10, bit cheesed off as was looking for sub 2hr but I got stuck in “human traffic” from Felling.
First time and enjoyed it though.
I started in the last section when I did it and spent most of the first few miles zig zagging around people. Some were walking before the Tyne Bridge. This isn't too bad if they tuck into the side, but annoying when there's four or five of them all holding hands and strolling along as if they're on a nice country walk out.
This really pissed me off today, fooked my time up tbh
