The pound crashing is just you speculating, but in reality it has already on a downward trajectory and these business people have factored all of that into their offer. No business would ever be completed if they thought like you because there is always a reason not to do it. They will recognise risk and whatever price they end up paying for SAFC they will have forecast their potential gains.
