It needs to be right. Everyone assumes that the staffing issues are relating to the manager. I disagree. I suspect (and this is speculation; I have no inside knowledge) that it relates to one or more senior employees on a standard employment contract (rather than a fixed term contract like Ross and the players) who is going to be replaced, and the replacement is waiting in the wings. If this is someone who needs to be announced, say a director of football, then termination payments will have to be resolved and the employees to be replaced leave the club before that can happen. The entire process has to be robust and in accordance with employment law. It could take less than five days, but nothing can happen until it has.

Yes we were offered a contract to handle the security of Rood Ashton Manor as well as running the estate, managing the staff and handling outside contractors.

The American owners are only there 3 months a year, they have a ranch in North Carolina, and the place has a huge indoor pool :cool:

We have 3 jobs to consider so we'll decide in the next couple of weeks ...

... quicker than the takeover and Brexit to be sure :lol:

A lot of people speak quite highly of him from what I’ve seen so I’ve took his word as genuine from the start. I’ve been coming on this thread multiple times a day since it started and I look forward to see if he’s posted anything new every time. He comes across as nice bloke too
