I hope to god that this is announced sooner rather than later, BUT if Riv says it is a done deal, it is a done deal.
He obviously has inside info which he is doing his best to pass onto us (as a favour!) while trying to not compromise his contacts. You would have to be blind or stupid not to see and understand this.
