what will the priority be? make money or be successful, in my opinion it’s being successful, the increase in revenue directly links to being successful.

I’ve also got a stiff neck looking for this f***ing plane flying over, will they have scarfs out the windows?
 

As has been mentioned my belief is that Ellis Short is behind all of this. He has done all the backroom work convincing these people that we are a worthwhile proposition.
Just getting rather excited today to see all the lads and lasses with all their smiling faces at Peterborough to see the Sunderland Aces

Agree. They’re investors and investors like growth, it’s their oxygen. It doesn’t take much to see that the one thing we have in spades is potential for growth, on and off the field. That’s why they want us.
 
OK here's a question for all the Mags and manic despressives.

I keep seeing posts along the lines that, despite the vast fortunes these new owners have, it's all totally pointless.

It appears the FFP rules etc mean that rich owners are now prevented from spending serious money and progressing the club.

That is indeed a shame for all Sunderland supporters but does pose a serious question ...

... if that's all true why are Newcastle supporters so desperate to get Ashley out and rich new owners in :confused:

Because they crave the Keegan days!

They will eat themselves away from the inside out when this takeover goes through, it’s going to be f***ing glorious.
