I don't know Sheepfolds too well. What buildings around there would be considered historically or architecturally valuable?
Most of them ,apart from Thompson's went under compulsory purchase orders years ago. I know two of my business were based there. One current owner that i know is waiting to move out once they have found suitable alternatives and i guess there will be a few more in the same position. All ,I still believe, under the control of Sunderland city Council.

I'm seeing a fella on Sunday at his home in Berkshire who's a real high flyer. He's just told me that one of his best mates, Glen Fuhrman, is the new Sunderland owner.

I couldn't talk long as he's just driving back from the south of France but he's promised to give me the full story on Sunday.

I'm just off out but that's all I have anyway, as far as I'm concerned it's a done deal.
