If they do invest in Sheepfolds though, more in a club way than anything such as a sporting village, another hotel for concerts etc. then that brings money in to the club as well as more footfall in the city and likewise you would hope that would encourage the council to do more work in the town centre. Did I recently read about a potential pedestrian bridge from the VAUX site to Sheepfolds area or am I imagining that?

The footbridge over the river wear from Vaux to the sheepfolds is definitely getting built, I believe it is now integrated into the plans for Vaux.

Had a tip there was this massive club play in striped tops with world class fans steeped in history in the north east of England.

Got off the plane and demoralised by arl the charva weirdos , about to fly back when the limousine picked em up and took em to Sunderland.

No brainer ;)

I've let my self be quite optimistic with all the take over news, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't have that nagging voice in the back of my head telling me something is going to go wrong and that good things just don't happen to us.

If we do end up being somewhat successful I wonder if the voice would ever disappear.
