That’s not how I read it, it looks like it’s simply another MSD investment. They do them all the time. MSD exists to increase Dells wealth by investing his cash in property etc. The partners get rich because they take a percentage on the how much they grow his wealth

It's not, it's the senior partners from MSD but coming in as their own thing rather than as part of MSD.
